I like how the hair came out, and the shading throughout the image is wonderful, especially on the background and clothes! The hair in the ears adds a great touch, too.
I think your anatomy looks great, the nose especially! I think the eyes turned out very well, and at first I thought the right eye was a tad too big, but now I realize that the subject is turned more at an angle to the left, so you've got everything in proportion according to that, too.
